We provide a complete 4x4 car hire experience in a number of countries including but not limited to Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, Cameroon, Ghana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Burundi, Malawi, Ethiopia, Botswana, South Africa, Tunisia etc. Our vehicle rental pricing is inclusive of comprehensive insurance, airport delivery and pick up, and usually on un-limited mileage basis in most of the countries that we serve. We offer replacement 4x4 vehicles of similar or higher standard to ensure that your 4x4 rental experience with us is free of travel downtime, so that you can accomplish your travel objectives with minimum or no interruptions.
What's next
We are always expanding our car hire locations coverage. Our plans are to move into Europe, North America and South East Asia with the business aim of providing car rental coverage for the rest of the world. When we formed and launched Habari Logistics Car rentals in 2007, our corporate mission was to provide self drive and with driver car rental across Africa with a rental experience difference! Our major corporate objective then and now was to offer the customer, 4x4 car hire solutions that met their trip car rental objectives. A few years later and we are still dedicated to achieving the same corporate mission in our expanded country car rental coverage throughout Africa and in the near future in Europe.
This is what still drives us every day, together with continuing to offer a very responsive booking process, with very competitively low vehicle rental prices. We try to keep our car rental process simple, straightforward and the rental experience memorable, reliable and hassle free .
Pre-booking promise, We will always strive to;
· Avail 4x4 vehicle renters with all information necessary to make an informed vehicle rental choice, including all vehicle rental options,
· Communicate to you in advance all available price offers, discounts and add on products provided by us when you hire a vehicle from us.
· Notify you of the different vehicle options available in the location where you are renting from.
· Avail you a precise rental vehicle specifications, including photographs upon request.
Advise in advance the insurance coverage for the rental plus daily mileage limitations if applicable.
· We shall avail ourselves to answer all further questions that you might have as quickly as possible to smoothen the vehicle rental confirmation process.
When you book your car hire with us we will:
· Advise you in advance about our booking cancellation policy and give you opportunities to change your reservation details.
· Give you the opportunity to purchase additional products e.g adding additional drivers, child car seats.
· Offer you the chance to flex your insurance coverage to suit your travel preferences and budget.
· Inform you about the various payment options available to you to enable you select one that suits you best.
· Give you the chance to upgrade your rental car if you prefer.
When your car rental if confirmed, we shall,
· Send you a booking confirmation note and self drive rental agreement for your review.
· Advise you the rental vehicle pick up location, balance to be paid, and telephone contact of the vehicle delivery driver.
· Offer you assistance with booking your accommodations, and gorilla permits if applicable.
· Assist you with your general journey planning and offer suggestions regarding your trip if required.
· Assist you with purchase of any equipment that you may require e.g camping equipment, travel maps etc
While on holiday, we shall
· Be there for you incase you require our assistance.
· Have a replacement car ready incase you require one
· Provide you with a dedicated in-rental back-up contact telephone number for assistance if required.
· Be only a phone call away.
After you return the rental vehicle, we shall
· Find out about your vehicle hire experience.
· Email you to find out if there is anything we could have done better, so as to make your rental experience a more pleasant one next time.
· Request that you write for us a brief review of your vehicle rental experience.
